Please complete one enrolment form for each individual child.
We recommend setting aside 10-15 minutes and having your child’s necessary documentation, including their birth certificate, immunisation records, and any medical information, readily accessible to upload while completing the form.
Once you have submitted the enrolment form, you will receive an Enrolment Confirmation email. Please be aware that this does not confirm your child’s enrolment to commence immediately; instead, it is a confirmation that the enrolment form has been submitted.
The service needs to review the forms and ensure all necessary paperwork and steps to complete the enrolment have been actioned.
Once the enrolment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email from the service. Please allow 2-3 working days for this to occur.
Ambrose runs active, engaging, and fun programs at Santa Sophia Catholic College – before and after school, on pupil-free days, and during school holidays.
These services for children in years K-6 are held within the school grounds, so your children can enjoy professionally structured activities in a safe, familiar environment.
Qualified Ambrose educators provide our children with a wide variety of stimulating experiences. Each activity is tailored to their interests and focused on building their confidence, curiosity, and resilience. From science experiments to creative expression and games to outdoor sports, our programs will inspire their minds and strengthen their bodies. During the school term, if needed, we help your child with their homework too.
At Santa Sophia, we also offer an innovative afternoon Masterclass program called Ambrose Activities. Led by our schoolteachers and senior students, the children enjoy exciting experiences such as music, art, robotics, dance, drama, science, and cooking.
On pupil-free days we keep your children engaged all day, learning and socialising, with the perfect balance of active and creative experiences.
During school holidays, we run Ambrose Vacation Care for K-6 children. It’s filled with fun themes, exciting activities, and plenty of opportunities to make new friends! And children from all schools and faiths are welcome to join the fun.
Our Vacation Care program is based on the My Time, Our Place framework, which centres on your children’s interests and passions to ensure they love every moment. From excursions to workshops, games, sports, and crafts, their days are packed with variety and excitement.
