Careers in Early Learning
Together, we help children discover their potential while supporting our team members to discover theirs.
We are a not-for-profit organisation which supports our educators to grow, thrive and achieve their career goals. We invest in our people, celebrate their achievements, and create a workplace where everyone feels valued, supported and empowered to be their best.

Be Part of a Broader Learning Community
Our Early Learning Services are co-located with Catholic schools, creating a learning continuum for children and providing unique opportunities for our educators to be part of a wider learning community.
Benefits include:
- Collaboration with school principals, teachers and educational leaders
- Opportunities to build professional connections across education settings
- A shared commitment to supporting children’s learning, wellbeing and development
- A strong sense of community and belonging
- The opportunity to contribute to the mission and values of the Catholic Diocese
Being part of a connected learning community with a co-located catholic school is wonderfully rewarding as it enables us to be deeply involved with the school community to support the children in their transition journey to school right from the beginning of their time with us through shared events and programs like buddy programs. It also supports professional relationships, where educators can connect with the teaching team to uplift their knowledge and teaching strategies to support children. The added bonus is also that we connect each year with the learning support team to share information and develop plans for children to support successful transition to school.
