Enrol Now
We look forward to welcoming your family to our Ambrose community.
How to Enrol
Submit Waitlist Form
Browse the list on the left to complete a service waitlist form to begin the enrolment process. By submitting this form your child will be added to our waitlist and we’ll keep you updated as vacancies arise. Places are limited, so we cannot guarantee a position.
We recommend placing your child on the waitlist for your preferred Early Learning service as soon as possible.
Alternately, you can visit the Early Learning webpage to view more information about each Service here.
Or call our team to ask questions and check availability.
Book a Tour
You’re welcome to book a tour to visit your chosen service to meet the team and explore the learning environment.
Receive and Accept Your Offer
When a place becomes available, you’ll receive an enrolment offer.
Our Family Support Team will support you through the process and answer any questions along the way.
Complete Your Enrolment
To secure your child’s place, you’ll be sent a secure online enrolment form.
Before you begin, please have the following ready:
- Your child’s birth certificate
- Centrelink CRN (yours and your child’s)
- Your child’s Medicare details
- Your child’s immunisation history statement
- If your child has a diagnosed medical condition, any medical management plans or a medical practitioner letter.
- If eligible, you’ll also need to provide your Child Care Subsidy (CCS) details.
Important:
Ensure all sections are completed and documents are clear to avoid delays.
You may be required to pay a bond prior to commencement of enrolment.
The Primary Guardian must match the parent/guardian linked to your CCS claim.
You can save your form and return to it anytime.
Orientation
Before your child’s first day, you may be invited to attend an orientation session.
This is a great chance to:
- Help your child feel comfortable in their new setting.
- Meet the team and build confidence.
- Share your child’s routines, interests, and needs.
Start Your Child’s Journey
Once everything is complete, your child is ready to begin their early learning journey with Ambrose.
Our team will continue to support your family as your child settles in and grows.
Stay & Play Sessions
Stay & Play sessions are held throughout the year and provide a great opportunity for your child to:
- Become familiar with the environment
- Meet educators and other children
- Begin settling into the service
