Professional Development
We support our team members with a range of learning and development opportunities designed to help our people grow, succeed and build rewarding careers in Children’s Services.
Learn together. Reflect deeply. Grow professionally.
Learning & Development Events
Our learning and development events are designed to do more than build knowledge – they inspire educators to think differently, strengthen practice, and create lasting impact in their services. Bringing teams together in a collaborative learning environment, our in-house workshops explore timely and relevant topics that support professional growth and continuous improvement.
Combining hands-on experiences with current theory and research, educators are encouraged to make meaningful connections between what they learn and what they do every day. Through discussion, reflection and practical application, participants leave with new insights, renewed confidence, and strategies they can immediately take back to their service.
Learn from Sector Experts
We partner with respected sector experts to deliver engaging professional learning opportunities that support continuous growth and excellence in practice.
Our expert facilitators help educators strengthen their knowledge, build confidence, and develop practical strategies to create inclusive, responsive and respectful learning environments for children and families.
Grounded in the approved learning frameworks, National Law and Regulations, and the National Quality Framework, our professional learning supports high-quality practice and equips our teams with practical tools to work collaboratively with children, families and local communities.

I enjoy working at Ambrose because I love the supportive system and the leadership, guidance and mentoring. I love being part of the children's development and learning everyday because it is such a rewarding experience.
